Vila Nova Luxury Home Design

The development consists of a single tower measuring just over 60 meters in length and 14 meters in width. The ground floor, featuring a range of services, was designed as a pedestrian gallery. The 27-story building houses nearly 176 units, with areas ranging from 65 to 195 square meters.
